Return Process

  Secure Packaging

  Once approved, securely pack your device to prevent damage during transit and include the provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) slip.

  Inspection and Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the returned hardware, and upon approval, your refund or replacement will be processed within 5-7 business days.
